Over the years, I have learned that one key difference between successful real estate entrepreneurs and everyone else is their ability to leverage relationships to grow their business and solve problems if something goes wrong.

As the old adage goes, “Your network is your net worth” Knowledge acquired from a post-graduate- level of understanding real estate, education through podcasts, books and paid courses will not get you far without strong,trust-based relationships.

In view of this, we have developed networking skills and the ability to acquire quality team members. Great investment ideas will be useless if you don’t have a network to help you implement them.

In saying that, you should also think about what type of contacts could really take your career to the next level and make it a list of the archetype. We share with you this in our investing course below!

Investing and succeeding in real estate, you need to leverage the work of other individuals to deliver what you intend to achieve down the road. To achieve this you need to have both knowledge and a reliable team, and the best way to build your team is by attending live, in-person events with a specific focus on networking.

In 2017, I attended a live event in Sydney organised by DG Institute, where I met different individuals from different walks of life. We made partnerships and joint ventures. And that has helped me to grow my business and collaborate with different entrepreneurs exchanged ideas and marketing tools to scale our businesses.
