To be a successful entrepreneur, you must be willing to learn and be prepared to tackle anything that comes on your way for example, internal problem in your organisation,industrial shift, customer habit changes and world challenges.

Who is an Entrepreneur?

Traditional systems or norms has wired us to think, feel and act differently than what is necessary to become a successful entrepreneur.

Before we go any further, we would like know the definition of an entrepreneur. There are so many definition, but I will summarize it in this way, someone who claims or owns a problem and decides to create a process of finding a solution to a given problem. In other words, an entrepreneur is an INNOVATOR who manages and leads efforts with less less risks in their life than the rest of population.

Entrepreneurs tend to be wise in the projects they pursue or attack. They conduct a full analysis before they make a major decision– they search for data availability, look at the best scenarios and worst scenarios and everything in between before they can invest.

All this boils back to habits, thinking patterns and your mindset towards business.

To measure or gauge your abilities, you must take a test or assessment to see your capabilities. In my case, I had to undertake an eSCAPE assessment. My results revealed areas of weakness that I should work on in order to succeed as a real estate entrepreneur.

This assessment will help you to understand how likely you’re naturally to succeed as an entrepreneur and also help you to approach business with the right mindset.

Entrepreneurial mindset view failing as a temporary step and they never quit but learn from the mistakes and they try over and over again until they succeed. They do uproot all the negative thoughts such as, not enough money, not good business or product has no market. They turn problems into solutions.
