How You Can Develop A Rich Mind

How You Can Develop A Rich Mind

Recently I read an article written by Darius Foroux on how to develop a rich mind, so I thought of sharing the content with you…

Read how people are using the brain science breakthroughs in the Winning The Game Of Fear to overcome their biggest obstacles and live the life of their dreams:

I must say that upon completion of the program in its entirety (about two weeks ago), I feel more self-confident in doing and achieving more than I ever have before. It’s ‘truly’ a “HUGE” Blessing to have been a part of this absolute “POWERFUL” Tool to help in releasing Fear from my Life which has been something that I’ve dealt with for ‘many’ Years. I’ve noticed a significant change, for example, I find myself speaking up more for what I believe in on a positive outlook than to just hold it back without expressing myself because of the ‘Fear’ of what others may think of me.”

To learn more go here:

This story is about Malcolm, who was imprisoned for some years.

When Malcolm X was in prison, he discovered the power of books.

He spent most of his six and a half years in prison reading books—day and night. In The Autobiography of Malcolm X, he wrote about his nightly reading habits:
At one-hour intervals, the night guards paced past every room. Each time I heard the approaching footsteps, I jumped into bed and feigned sleep. And as soon as the guard passed, I got back out of bed onto the floor area of that light-glow, where I would read for another fifty-eight minute—until the guard approached again. That went on until three or four every morning.

That’s the power of a rich mind. It will be rich in knowledge and ideas.

A mind full of knowledge is rich, while a mind that lacks knowledge is poor. The point is that once you have money, you can invest that money to generate more of it. At some point, you’ll have enough money that it’s actually hard to lose your wealth. Once you have a rich mind, it can only get richer.

How much do you enrich your mind every day?

We don’t need to sleep 4 hours like Malcolm did and spend the rest of our waking hours reading books to develop a rich mind. The truth is that you only need to spend one hour a day to improve your mind.

Developing a rich mind is the most important thing you can do. I eventually dropped a few hours at my regular job as a nurse in the emergency department and spent every day reading books, taking courses, taking notes, you name it.

I dedicated one room as my home office and spent 8 to 10 hours a day improving my mind.
